The successful candidate will be joining a strong team of individuals who are dedicated to securing work from high quality clients for our fashion models, hair and make up artists, stylists, and our Casting Agency artists too. Our reputation is impeccable and we are seeking applicants of the highest calibre who aspire to prove themselves in this unique and prestigious role. Photography skills may be required along with good knowledge of Social Media. The ability to write creatively is an advantage. We want a self sufficient, savvy, capable person.
Day to day tasks include (but are not limited to) Reception duties, greeting models, clients and visitors, assisting and supporting our Imaging Division, answering the telephone, responding to large numbers of emails, assisting during castings, locating and uploading images onto the web or to email to clients, scanning and filing of images, faxing, photocopying, locating details of particular models upon request, organising the casting room and assisting the running of castings, providing hospitality for clients. Assistance with Social Media within the Agency will be a requirement, so being able to express the Agency point of view succinctly and responsibly along with photographic content is a must. A pleasant, confident manner is essential both in person and on the telephone. Making a nice cup of tea is also very important!
Salary is £13-15,000 depending upon age and ability. The role is busy and should not be under estimated, we enjoy a convivial and lively atmosphere underpinned by a great deal of hard work. Not a job for the faint hearted but we do offer a great deal of opportunity and learning in this highly specialised field. Hours are 9am -6pm Monday to Friday.
