We are seeking a Junior/Receptionist. This position demands a person with exceptional people and communication skills, who is intelligent, energetic, responsive, confident, ambitious, committed, hard working, friendly and adaptable. You will be joining a strong team of individuals who are dedicated to securing modelling work from high quality clients for our fashion models, hair and make up artists, stylists, and extras. Our reputation is impeccable and we are seeking applicants of the highest calibre who aspire to prove themselves in this unique and prestigious role. You should have good knowledge in InDesign and Photoshop. You will be required to take Digital/Polaroid images so some photography skills are required but training will be given.
Day to day tasks include (but are not limited to) Reception duties, greeting models, clients and visitors, assisting and supporting our Images Manager, answering the telephone, responding to emails, assisting during castings, assisting models when required, locating and uploading images onto the web or to email to clients, scanning and filing of images, faxing, photocopying, locating details of particular models upon request. A pleasant, confident manner is essential both in person and on the telephone. Making a nice cup of tea is also very important!
Starting salary is £13,000. The role is busy and should not be under estimated, we enjoy a convivial and lively atmosphere underpinned by a great deal of hard work. Not a job for the faint hearted but we do offer a great deal of opportunity and learning in this highly specialised field.
