Love from Tokyo

We have been missing our gorgeous Kirstie Bennett whilst she has been away modelling in Tokyo but all is fine and dandy, she is due back next week and we cannot wait to see her. How are you enjoying life in Tokyo?  Enjoying it a little too much sometimes I think.

What is the best thing you’ve done there so far? We were invited to Yoshiki Hayashi's birthday party, he's a very famous rockstar over here... nope, can't say I've ever heard of him either, however, he can put on a bloody good buffet.

What is the worst thing that has happened to you? The hangover I encounter every Saturday. (naughty naughty)

What are you listening to? Not Yoshiki Hayashi. The Strokes always help when I'm away from home.

What are you missing from back home? Corned beef hash, potato waffles, spaghetti hoops and reasonably priced fruit and vegetables.

What is the saying/word that you use the most? Mushi mushi- its an obvious one, but it sounds so good.

Do you have any handy travel tips? Pack copious amounts of your favourite teabags.

Do you have a new year’s resolution? I've just watched the victorias secret fashion show. I think I'll look after myself a little bit more next year...

Currently taking the hair industry by storm, Kristie Clinch is looking super sleek and straight for the new Cloud Nine hair straighteners. Unlike other straighteners, these apparently don't destroy the hair, so gone are those days of looking like Worzel Gummidge.

Funny ad'

It's not our style to post twice in one day, but this one made us laugh and we feel it's rather apt with the current conditions out there. And then what's more thrilling... the fact that this Rocky mountain Coors Light ad was filmed in a non-rocky and normally non-snowy Manchester or the fact that all the artists look so grand due to our fabulous creative Mr Martin McClean? Santa's little helpers

Despite being shot in summer, our charming model children from http://www.realpeople4u.com/kid.aspx?Gender=0 were more than happy to pretend Christmas had come early to feature in the Boots Christmas gift guide 2010. Ever the professionals they performed perfectly and got superb feedback from the client. Starting from top, children were Renee Johnson, Valentina Griffin, Olivia Tress, Cory Salmon, Kitty Pope, Jasmine Starkey, Matt Kelly, Olivia Barnes, Frances Potts, Logan Abdullah, Leon Johnson and Frankie Mackinson. We say cute cute cute and well done to you our little elves.

 Here he is, the man himself and our own Mr Incredible, Gareth Bancroft, a.k.a our Head Booker. With a penchant for Aston Villa (unfortunately this is not a new posh ice cream) Gareth is football mad, which is a world away from the booking desk that he is attached to... for about 20 hours each day! With an enviable amount of international contacts, avec a soupçon of spice and feistiness, his calming nature and oh so controlled manner establishes Gareth as our pillar of strength. ‘Tis Friday and we are relishing in today’s high spirits. Last night saw the opening of Manchester’s finest Christmas markets (picture to be uploaded) so it’s time to celebrate again. This week it is all about Agency Manager, Tracy Edge. Keeping us in line for the last six years, Tracy is also the agency mummy, easing our souls and soothing our pain when necessary.
